Animal Holistic Wellness
Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice based on meditation that also has therapeutic applications. The goal of Reiki self-practice is to live a happier, healthier life. Daily Reiki practice also increases the ability to support others with peace and compassion, even in the cases of serious health issues or difficult situations. Along with aligning and balancing energy, Canine Bodywork, Acupressure and Animal Aromatherapy can be integrated to support one’s wellness journey.
Animal Energy
Animals are in tune with energy and sensitive to their surroundings. That is why they comfort you when you are sad and are able to do so without words. Animals also take in so much, co-existing in this human-centred, complicated world. We expect a lot from them, sometimes denying their instinct or who they really are. Part of animal reiki is to respect their soul and to give back as we balance the energy flow for their well-being.
